His advisors included the devious and cunning Steve Bannon and the very strategic Kellyanne Conway.

I'm sure the same people who had him target the very racist previously Democratic districts in purple states like Minnesota, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and others and convert them to MAGAts were strategically targeting certifying officials in key states too.

His tactical plan includes lots of dredging and coercion... much like his business operations probably were.
