Ok, over the weekend we worked on E's room a bit more and she would like to change out the artwork over her dresser. This is a tween, so her tastes are going to change, so I'm trying to be a bit budget conscious. It's a 18x24 frame.
We looked at Mint, but the website seemed super slow/glitchy on her chromebook and my laptop.
Etsy was a lot, so any recommended stores are welcome.

I thought this was going to be large print text like books or something you read, lol.
OP I assume you've tried Facebook buy-nothing groups if you know what you're looking for. I've seen folks on here say they use that to de-clutter, so you might be able to get something for cheap since you're going to replace it soon enough.

I did a large collage print with smaller photos when I needed something this size. I downloaded Lego patent art and made a big Lego poster. Through Walmart.
Have you looked at Juniper Print Shop? They have large scale prints that fit into an ikea poster frame. We have a big print in our living room and really like it!
Juniper Print Shop has lots of options/sizes. What's style are you looking for?
She’s 10 and obsessed with purple. So no clue what she’ll pick.
Has Juniper’s inventory gotten better? I looked there before and it was overly photoshopped “artistic” prints. I was a little taken aback because I used to like the designer.

Eh, not sure. It's not my style at all. The kids section doesn't seem too bad?
I framed some palm tree wallpaper on my walls at one point using giant frames from Ikea - quite a bit bigger than 18x24. While it wasn't $$$, was more than $50.
Do you have an At Home store near you? Their regular prices are reasonable and clearance is often dirt cheap. I used a lot there as basically a holding place, but some of it is still in use years later.
They are mostly canvas, but there are other wall art things too.
I would probably buy a digital print on etsy and print it on mpix, which is what I did for our guest room when I wanted a poster size print. At the time I think it was $25 to print a 16x20
