Fri: 30 min ride Sat: 3mi run Sun: 45 min ride Mon: 3 mi run - HALF MARATHON TRAINING DAY 1!
BQ: I was lucky enough to be in Charlotte this weekend, where it was about 40-50* for my runs. Wednesday will be a completely different story - I may try to run outside just to see how it goes - but I also may suck it up and use the treadmill.
Sat: 6 mile run Sun: 30 min Peloton Mon: 3 mile run
BQ: My run on Saturday was COLD. I think with windchill it felt like 27 degrees. I was uncomfortable the whole time. Today’s run was much more pleasant, but it’s going to drop again for another week. I think I have 8 miles on my schedule this weekend - dreading it already.
Friday: Off Sat.:32 mile gravel ride: Sunday: 42 mile hilly road ride that I thought I was going to die on. The climbing never ended. Monday: 20 mile mtb ride
BQ: We won't get any of the snow/ice. Tuesday-Wed. and Saturday we will see lows around 15, which is COLD here in the deep south. I don't plan to leave my house. Yesterday was around 53 when we rode, which was nice. Sat. the windchills never got out of the 30s, and today I went to the woods to avoid cold temps. I'll be on the trainer the rest of the week.
