Friday: Off Sat.: Off Sunday: 6 very very slow miles on the stationary trainer, and I feel like Wonder Woman! Then a two hour nap after sleeping for almost 12 hours last night.
BQ: It is possible to sleep more than 15 hours/day. I've been proving it the last 2 weeks.

Sat: 30 min strength, 30 minute treadmill workout Sun: 60 min HIIT workout
BQ: i don’t like to cook usually, but sometimes I get the itch. So when I do, I make enough for what seems like a month worth of leftovers. Case in point, I made lasagna yesterday and we have enough left over for lunches and dinner for what seems like close to a month. This happens when I make anything (chex mix, dessert). My H loves it, and it makes me laugh. He’ll randomly say, hey can you make X but like, cut down the portions? No, sir, I cannot. You get me to cook like 3 times a year, we are maximizing this 😂
Fri: 3 mile run + 30 min strength Sat: 30 min Peloton cycle Sun: 45 min Peloton cycle + 90 minutes walking outside. It was SO warm yesterday, so we went on multiple walks.
BQ: Sort of H&F, I won the state indoor archery championship in 5th grade. I guarantee I couldn't hit a wall 10 yards away if I had to today.
BQ: I’m a total insomniac and sleep about 6 (non-consecutive) hours per night. My DS was/is also a horrible sleeper and I credit my insomnia for helping me cope with the severe lack of sleep I got when he was a newborn. Waking up hourly isn’t so bad when you’re used to it 😀
