Mine is set to drive in a few days. Tell me what perks you use the most or what you love the most about it.
I have never played the credit card points game, but feel like I should start.
Our only other CC is 2% back on everything and we chose the cash back opposed to points for ease so trying to navigate how to use points will be a new adventure.
My H travels a lot for business and has to pay for flights and hotels upfront before getting reimbursed so we rack up a lot of miles. We also wait for the two times a year that they have the deal at the “Apple Store” where points are worth double. My H needs a new watch so I’m waiting for that deal to come up. The CSR is our only credit card.

we have that and one other CC and use the CSR more for points (i also have a united i use a few times of year mainly so my united points dont expire and for travel). We have used points for Flights, cash back and Airbnb. i like that there is a mix.
You get priority pass lounge access! This is a better benefit some places than others, but overall it's been really nice and most of the lounges are at least acceptable. I was never a lounge person before this card (because of cost) so I don't have anything to compare them to. It has definitely saved us money on eating at airports and the drinks/wifi are free.
It also has a lot of protections for travel insurance. The only time I've used it is for delayed luggage - they gave us a set amount to buy new stuff since it took nearly a week to arrive. But it covers a lot of other things that are good for peace of mind.
And of course the points! I have never transferred to travel partners because the process has been too confusing to me (with my minimal research, I'm sure it's not actually THAT bad) but I have found the portal easy to use and I may be a minority but I've also found their customer service helpful when I've needed to make changes.
I've had the card since it came out and have no plans to cancel!
We have the CS preferred card and love it. I just transferred some of our points to British Airways for a ticket for my husband to the UK. The transfer process was simple and the points were in his BA account immediately.
