I have it-it’s the card we use the most because of the cash back. Do you have a Fidelity investment account? I’ve heard it’s trickier if you don’t. When I cash in my rewards, they go into a cash account attached to my other accounts with Fidelity. It’s super easy as then I have a savings account already attached to those and just transfer the money to my Cap1 account.
flygirl I have a small account with them and got an offer letter. I'm wondering if it's worth to get in addition to a 2% cash back card I already have.
If you have a 2% card, probably a toss up, but I will say their customer service is amazing. Any time I’ve needed a new card or had to dispute something it’s been a great experience.
We have one that DH uses exclusively for business expenses - travel, software, equipment, etc. We send the 2% to our kids' 529 accounts. It's been great and it has added up over the years without any additional effort. Customer service is good, comparable to my Amex (which I use for everything).
We've had it for just over a year. No complaints. We use it for everything. I send the 2% to our taxable account at Fidelity. It replaced our Chase Freedom.
We've had it for a very long time as our main card, and put all the rewards into H's IRA. No complaints, but we do use Fidelity as our main investment firm so its handy to have everything in one place.
