I would love to hear and share menus. I figured some of us will do some shopping and prepping this weekend. I am hosting a big crowd and will do it gluten free. Should be fun!
We are hosting 15 and I am doing it as a brunch. I think I have it all covered but tell me what I am missing!
Apps: Shrimp Cocktail, Melon/Mozz/Prosciutto "salad" board, a cheese/cracker/crudite board with honey whipped feta
Drinks: Mimosa bar with multiple juices and fruit ice
Main Entrees: Ham, Baked French Toast, Fruit salad (w/homemade whipped cream), a green salad, ham/cheese/spinach quiche, a vegetable frittata, scalloped potatoes, Kale Brussel salad (ordering from a local shop), sautéed green beans (but not sure I need these?) and then rolls
Desserts: Strawberry lemon cake (ordered from a bakery) and bunny cookies
I love following along on menu threads. Yours looks great! I’m not helpful here because we’re going to a buffet. I’m pretty sure my menu will include a Mimosa.
@livinitup. Are you doing all that by yourself? Why is my tag not working?
We're going to brunch at my favorite restaurant in Dallas. It's just us three, so we usually go out to a nice brunch. As much as I l love traditional holiday food, Easter is my least favorite.
I'm hosting a kind of potluck Easter- we did it kind of spontaneously last year with friends when my mom was OOT and just my dad was coming over, one family was going to be in town unexpectedly, and another had the husband's dad in town. It worked out great, as everyone from kids to grandparents had kind of a buddy.
I'll make at least lamb and lemon potatoes, and probably a GF dessert, so I'm sure there are options for my dad. Need to get an email going with the other participants for planning.

We do brunch. My mom hosts. It's the same menu every year with little change since I was a kid. I love it, it's one of my favorite meals
Sausage, egg and cheddar strata Deviled eggs A small baked ham (my mom tried to take this off the menu, claiming that no one really likes ham, but it's one of my favorites and the only time of year I really eat ham) Fresh Polish sausage Baked asparagus wrapped with prosciutto Cinnamon buns (baked by yours truly) Fruit salad A variety of mini pastries and other baked goods. Mimosas, Bloody Mary's, spiked coffee options etc.

Our youngest turns 13 that day so I let her choose the menu. She wants stuffed shells so we’ll do that with salad and garlic bread. Usually we just do snacks and apps for Easter.
