Friday: Off Sat.: 23 mile e-mountain bike ride at my favorite trail Sunday: 2.5 hour gravel ride Edited to add: Rinsed off 2 bikes, washed the car (see: The Pollening), and scrubbed the front steps of pollen and mud. That counts as exercise. and napped.
We flew home from a wonderful spring break trip Saturday. Besides walking each day, I didn't work out and just soaked up the relaxation. First workout back yesterday was definitely challenging.
Friday: played with dogs Saturday: started my "return to run" program which was basically walking with a weeeee bit of running Sunday: ate all the food
