I ran 10 miles on Sat. Last long run before my spring HM this coming weekend!
I am really curious to see how it goes. This training cycle I've run slower on average than preparation for my last half in the fall, but it's been more consistent, higher volume as a result, and I've had less little injuries/niggles. I've done all the long runs, peaking at 12 mi last week. I'm hoping to go a little faster on Sat. than my fall 2:08, but we'll see what race day brings. In Dec I was worried about signing up for a relatively early spring half because of the weather, and getting the training in around ice and snow. I've already won on that front.
