Since it's healing this may not be valid but one time I got a bikini wax, it was hurting but ya know, par for the course. Then I went to the bathroom and when I wiped/looked in underwear there was a lot of blood (like I thought I got my period until I realized where it was coming from). The next day I ended up calling them to ask how to care for it. They offered me a credit for a free waxing which I declined. But anyways, you could ask how to care for it, or how it occurred, and it doesn't come across as complaining and I feel like their responsiveness is indicative of genuine care for the customer
