In no particular order:
Trader Joe’s Cheese Filled Fiocchetti with Italian sausage Shrimp fried rice Chicken drumsticks with loaded mashed potatoes Chicken Parmesan sandwiches with fries
That’s all I have so far
Just remembered that Passover starts tomorrow. Family is all out of town so we will just eat the traditional food without the Sedar. Matzoh ball soup, baked chicken, some sort of potato, caramel matzoh for dessert.
Sunday: Italian sausage, potato, green beans sheet pan Monday: teriyaki meatballs with broccoli and rice www.budgetbytes.com/teriyaki-meatball-bowls/ Tuesday: some kind of pasta and salad Wednesday: veggie burgers or maybe BBQ chicken quesadillas
Sunday: TBD, I had a late lunch Monday: Trader Joes one pot pasta + chopped salad Tuesday: Possibly Panera or soup + grilled cheese Wed.: soup+grilled cheese, any chopped salad that is left Thursday: Probably pizza out w/a friend Friday/Sat.: Something from the freezer or pantry
It’s a busy week for us, so quick and easy for sure. We got a new pellet grill on Friday so I loaded it up with salmon, Cornish game hens, potatoes and cream cheese (for appetizer). Hopefully I don’t ruin everything and we can eat on that for a couple days.
