If Biden "bans" TikTok, I think the young folks will not vote for him (even if that's the right thing to do). I think they'll sit out the election. (I also recognize that this isn't what the bill is saying, but that's neither here nor there).

At least it doesn't go into effect for a year?  Ugh.

Not directed at you, but I hate how every single thing that happens has to be analyzed about how it will affect the election.  I'm sick of it already and the election is still 6 months away.  It is exhausting.
