I'm so sorry, cancer is such an asshole. That's a tough way to find out, I hope you're able to talk to your doctors soon and that they have some reassuring things to share. 🫂

Sending you many hugs. I hope your doctors see you sooner and that they answer all your questions and that the treatment plan will work fast and be successful. I know you will kick cancer's ass!

I'm so sorry. I hope you can start treatment soon and get that shit out of your body. And through a portal is a shitty way to find out. They need to delay posting until the patient has been notified
I'm so sorry to hear this! And I hate that you learned it from the patient portal - I had to stop checking there when I was waiting for any test results that I couldn't process on my own.
I posted about this in another post but I just finished treatment for stage 2b triple negative breast cancer, which can be a bitch to treat. But all I'll say is that they are getting really good at treating many cancers and managing side effects. I worked throughout my treatment (not always a full day though!) and tried to keep up my normal routines. So don't panic too much, and don't do too much research until you talk to your doctor. I'm a librarian and even I realized that too much research was not good for my mental health.
Big hugs to you, because that's news nobody wants to get.
I am so sorry! My uncle had the same kidney cancer 35 years ago and he is a perfectly healthy old man now! They removed his kidney as his only treatment.
Sending you all the good vibes and thoughts your way.
Well fuck, that's not the news we were hoping for. I hope you get some answers soon and that it can be easily treated. Please let us know what we can do to support you.
Oh no! I’m sorry, that’s a shock to get from the portal. I hope your doctor calls you soon so that you can have some reassurance and a path forward. Sending hugs!
