An aside- anyone else having issues with GBCN closing their keyboard so you hit the #%|^ ads? I’m getting really annoyed having to re-engage my keyboard every few keystrokes.

My 11-year-old DD typically has one dress per year for family photos. Usually casual like Old Navy or Target brand. She's not super anti-dress, she just has no reason to wear one and spends most of her time outside of school playing sports or swimming or doing things that dresses aren't appropriate for. She has her 6th grade promotion ceremony on 6/12 and found a dress she wanted for that online and had me order it for her, and we got it altered to fit better. It's still quite casual. We have a small family, so my kids have never been to a wedding or funeral. We are going to a Bat Mitzvah the same week in June as her promotion ceremony, and she plans to wear the same dress.
