Tarnish free, waterproof jewely

I see this advertised all the time on my social media and I'm wondering if it's legit. My daughter has a bunch of piercings in her ears and the jewelry gets gross. I've tried getting her real gold, and while it holds up well, she almost inevitably loses it. I was looking in to this tarnish free, waterproof jewelry because it's cheaper than gold, but still a bit pricey. Wondering if anyone has any experience with any one brand or can recommend an alternative that won't break the bank. I'm open to ideas.

Anything that's 316L Surgical Steel or Titanium shouldn't tarnish, even with PVD coating for different colors.

I have had good luck with Hey Harper and ready-made.
