We stayed at Skuggi by KeaHotels and the location was great but shower water pressure was almost non-existent. I’d probably try to do the Canopy/Hilton next time. The breakfast was very good.

Arctic Adventures South Coast Small Group Day Tour
Our guide, Domenica, was absolutely wonderful. She gave great insight into Icelandic life and each site we visited. Our favorite stop was the viewpoint for Dyrhólaey. It was unplanned and because our group was very punctual about returning to the bus, Domenica was able to add to our itinerary. We're Game of Thrones fans, so it was extra cool for us.
With only 48 hours to spend in Reykjavik, this was an amazing way to see some of Iceland's beauty in one day. We look forward to exploring more of Iceland on a future trip but this was truly a perfect day!

Quick but fun! I'm so glad you enjoyed the South Coast tour you did. We stayed on the south coast for several days when we were there last summer. The Dyrholaey viewpoint was fantastic. That was the place for us where we saw puffins very close to us and I took many, many photos.
dutchgirl678, we didn't see puffins but also didn't expect to. that would have been amazing though. i'm not really into birds but i do love penguins and puffins.
