Because apparently we are gluttons, we started 2 secondary baths this week. Demo happened and electrical work is going in. These shouldn’t take too long since we aren’t moving walls or doing anything crazy. Just a refresh in tile, vanity and lighting. 3 weeks is what the contractor is estimating. And that will be it for reno projects this year and that side of the house will be DONE! Next spring we will take on the kitchen. With that the entire house will be done just in time for us to move again, like the last house that we finished and moved 6 months later 🫠

Nice - gonna be great. Just a thought, if that insulation for the shower is new, contractor may need to remove the Kraft paper. I think it’s a climate and vapor barrier specific thing, but might be worth asking about.
simpsongal,that was existing. I believe there will be some backer-board. But I will check with them on Monday what the actual plans are. Thanks for the tip!
