Fri - walked 4.5 mi with my sister Sat - nothing Sun - ran 3.5 mi while my girls ran/biked with me, got the whole family out later for a 1 mi walk.
I don’t have anything specific on the horizon. My hip hurts when I run now so I probably should mix up the exercise. I need to drop a few pounds and should get more serious about that, which would probably also help with the hip pain.

Fri: 45 min Peloton tread bootcamp Sat: 45 min Peloton cycle Sun: 18 mile outdoor bike, 25 minute walk with the family
BQ: Exercise is critical for my mental health by taking time for me and feeling accomplished. I aim to get a certain number of intensity minutes per my Garmin each week doing a variety of things.
Fri: played with dogs Sat: 3mi run Sun: cleaned garage, cleaned patio furniture, planted flowers - no muscle was happy this morning.
BQ: I really really want to do another half marathon - but I"m going slow with my achilles. Next week i'm going to go up to 3.5mi and we'll see how it feels. 3mi has been good.
