I’m assuming the documents should prove it pretty easily. If the notary has no record of it in their books and says they never notarized or met Lisa Marie, and nothing was ever filed then it seems to be fraud. I wonder if there’s any bank record of money being transferred.

This is what I thought, too. Then again, there was that story I posted a while back about some guy's family land that was sold to a developer in almost the same way. Fake notarization, lawyers, etc. There was a several million dollar house built on the property before it was figured out.
