Fri: 45 min power walk Sat: 30 min run, 30 strength Sun: 30 min run, 30 strength, 1.5 mile walk
BQ: no. I’m decent at remembering, but I do forget. If I’m exercising outside or sitting at the pool, I always remember. If I’m just heading out for a quick all around the block, it’s 50/50 whether I do it.
Sat: 30 min peloton Sun: 6 mile run w/ running group
BQ: Always on my face and usually on my chest/shoulders. I sometimes skip arms/legs for a short run.
Does anyone have a fav sunscreen they love that isn’t sticky and stays on for a heavy sweater? Something that feels like unseen sunscreen but in spray form and cheaper? 😀
Fri: 30 min walk Sat: 60 min Peloton cycle and 25 min bike ride with my DS Sun: 45 min Peloton cycle and 20 min walk
BQ: Weekdays no, if I know I won't be outside at all. I know I should still wear it. If I am going to be outside at all I for sure put it on my face and neck, and then add exposed areas if I will be outside for a while. I regret not wearing it more during my late 20's early 30's when I was doing mostly outdoor running
brooke77 I can't say how it does with really heavy sweating, but I like Sun Bum Face 50 for outdoor workouts.
brooke77 This stuff is amazing. It stays on for a long time, and I'm a heavy sweater. It also feels light and is TRULY fragrance free. I HATE HATE sunscreen on my face, and I don't mind this one at all. You'll have to reapply if you are out in the sun for more than 90 minutes with most water resistant sunscreens.
Sun - ran my usual 3.2 loop Mon - traveled for work (to DC), but walked 3.6 mi RT to dinner.
Not the weekend, but on Tues AM I went for my run around the White House, Washington Monument, reflecting pool, etc. I love run-sightseeing when I'm traveling!
BQ: Nope, I'm not great at always wearing it, but I am trying to be better. I still don't usually bother when I run because I tend to go early, but if I go for a ride (which is often both longer exposure and later in the day), then I do. I'm also making an effort to put it on before yard work. Sun Bum is my favorite.
