As a college professor, if my students are having sex and obtaining an abortion…IT’S NONE OF MY FUCKING BUSINESS AND IT HAS NO GODDAMN FUCKING BEARING ON THEIR GRADE.
This enrages me to no end.
Those professors are fucking disgusting for even attempting to figure out which of their female students are having sex. Are they trying to figure out which male students are having sex? That’s a rhetorical question.
In my 14 years as a professor I have had 3 students tell me they obtained an abortion. My response? “Can I do anything to help you right now? Do you need to take time to recover? I will do whatever I can to help you.”
I’m trying to find the ulterior motive here because this is so wild as to be incomprehensible. I mean I know it’s Texas. I’m a Texan. I’m used to hearing about these shenanigans. But even for Texas this seems very odd.

Yep heard about this a few days ago. This is not surprising. They do this, they filed in Armarillo TX so it would go before judge Matthew Kacsmaryk. They try every legal tactic they can think of and find judges who will move their cases forward. It is maddening.

This lawsuit is actually much broader-they are suing to change the interpretation of Title IX entirely. They want to narrowly define Title IX to only protect against biological sex discrimination.
So they are arguing that schools/teachers have the right to discriminate against trans/nonbinary identities, refuse to use pronouns, sexual orientation, gender presentation, etc.
So they can fire or fail a student/asst merely for being gay, trans, etc. As well as for the whores of Babylon who dare to have an abortion.
And the lawsuit is filed with the district with the Worst Judicial Jagoff-Matthew Kacsmaryk.
