Sat: 6 mile run Sun: 3 mile walk w/the whole family
BQ: I am prone to migraines and exercise-induced migraines, so I have to be super careful about hydration. I drink LMNT before I workout on hot/humid days if I’m going to be out for more than an hour or so. I also bring water or my hydration vest. I will freeze a Gatorade/water mix my vest or handheld during the summer.
Fri/Sat - prepped for, and hosted, my 5 yo's birthday party in our backyard, with his pre-k class.
Sun - volunteered as a timer at my DD's track meet and then ran 3.2 miles in the evening. Was rewarded with a rainbow!
BQ: In summer I run with water for everything like 5 miles and up, and I drink more Nuun instead of water. I also know exactly which parks have portopotties and water fountains, and where they are.
