Fri - Ran 3.2, went to PT, and happy new shoe day! Sat - got my road bike out of the basement, replaced a tube in the back wheel, and rode just shy of 15 mi. Sun - off / timed at DD's track meet Mon - ran 3.2
BQ - Good question! Currently the only race I'm registered for, is MCM in late October. My PT is going pretty well, but I'm not 100%. I've been thinking about signing up for a local HM a couple weeks before MCM as either a supported long run or as a backup plan race if my first go at marathon training is not a success.
