Too bad there weren't any scientists screaming about the side effects of climate change for decades now. This problem could've been approached head on a long time ago before it had dire long term issues if only we'd known. /s

Texas and NM have been fighting over that water since I was a little girl. Adding in another country isn't going to make any of it any easier.
