Dear gluten, Where were you hiding?! I cannot figure out what I ate, but I am over it. I have felt like crap for 24 hours now and had to bail on an in office day today because of it. Signed, Celiac Sufferer

Dear DS,
Thank you for finishing the photobook for your grandparents of our trip from December. I have been putting it off and you knocked out the project for me in less than an hour. Plus it looks great! I would have worked on it for days.
Love, Mom
Dear Beau,
I'm guessing you didn't sleep last night since you left for work at 5am instead of your usual 6:30. You won't mention it today, but I do know today is the 6th anniversary of your late wife's passing and I know you're hurting more than usual today, yet you will act as if everything is normal.
Straighten up and act right. I can't do much more to be healthy than I am. Work out daily, cut down on my carbs, more vegetables, increased protein. I'm not overweight. But good grief, I'm bout to give in and go on a Crumble Cookie, baked macaroni and cheese bender. At least my dermatologist appointment didn't have any terrible news yesterday.
Signed, I've had it.
Dear Dunkin,
Thank you for the delicious cold brew pods, particularly caramel. (That I use half a protien shake for creamer, see above). They are amazing, and easy, especially now that I'm almost exclusively iced coffee.
