Changes coming to Genie+ and Lightning Lane

Main highlights:

Pass names are changing to Multi Pass and Single Pass.

Starting July 24 you can pre-book Lightning Lane Multi and Single Pass in advance. 7 days for resort guests, 3 days for everyone else.

You can see what is available before you purchase.

I am so excited to not be up at midnight and 7 am for our Disney world trip!

Also glad they aren’t changing Disneyland. The current process works well there.

Pretty much. However I hope it works better than Genie +. The current system is horrible.

Barf. I love Genie+ and I’m sad folks couldn’t figure out how to use it. It was so effective. We never waited in standby.

Yep. I loved Genie+! You are in Disney. You aren’t sleeping in. Making a selection at 7 am was no big deal and took less than a minute. We just got back 2 weeks ago and got so much done with Genie+. We could easily get 8-9 rides a day and that was with a long afternoon break. I’m not pleased that FP but with extra tiers is back. I think we are the minority though. Most people seem thrilled with the change.
