2. How long was your long run last week? How did it go? 8 miles. It went okay. I was under fueled and slightly hungover so it wasn't the best, but I got it done!
3. What do you eat before your training runs? An everything bagel with cream cheese + coffee
4. Do you usually run on trails, roads/sidewalks, or a mix? I live in a city so I usually try to find a community path / rail trail so I don't have to worry about traffic. Once my training runs get longer (10+ miles) I usually end up running along the Charles River because there are tons of bridges to customize the length.
5. Any AWs or vents from last week? I survived week 1 of training! =P
