Vegas hotel recs - can be off the strip

I'm meeting some friends in Vegas for a couple of days in October.  We're meeting the because it's an easy, central location.  Our priorities are catching up, eating good food, lounging by a nice pool and going to a great spa.  None of us are big on crowds, casinos or huge shows.  Hence, we don't need to be on the Strip, but are open to it.  

Anyone have hotel recs that fit our criteria?

I stayed at the Signature at MGM Grand and really liked it. Close enough but far enough to be quiet.

Either Waldorf or Four Seasons. I just booked the FS for $380 a night.

Haven’t stayed at FS before but I have the Waldorf and it’s a great location and so nice not being a casino. The FS has better ratings so hoping I enjoy it

The FS is my favorite Vegas property… make sure you enjoy their weekend brunch if you’re there over the weekend. When are you going that you got $380 a night? For that price I’d be tempted to plan a trip to Vegas just because. Killer deal - good for you!!

Beginning of Oct! It was through our travel agent so includes free breakfast and a $100 credit! It was half the price of the Waldorf. Do it!
