My douche bag ex is at it again

He had the balls to ask me if he could take E to the Polar Express on a Wednesday night that isn't his night and I said no as I told him and all of you I would. Again, he says that I am a bad mom for not allowing her to go.

Great mom. Will make sure to tell Ella when she asks about it. Cause she was sleepy in the morning after going to her first concert. You are an awful person who has the balls to call me selfish? Everything I do is good for Ella while you hurt her intentionally.

The thing is I have taken her before. I took her on a weekend to a different one. There are plenty of them, he just needs to find one that occurs on his scheduled day. I will probably take her again anyway depending when it but we are gong to Disney again in December.

Save this texts. Courts frown on people undermining the other parent. It's a BIG no-no. If he ever goes for more time, you can prove he is a bad influence and causing parental alienation of affection.

D's ex does this all the time... He's saved all of the texts from his phone, but he needs to do the same for his daughter's phones. She throws him under the bus all the time... it's really sad for the kids to be put in the middle like this.

Long story short, I allowed him to take her to a festival on Sunday which was my weekend and he didn't bring her home until about 10:00 when he said he would be home at 9 latest. I actually wanted her home at 8:00.
