Can my DH/DD wait in line with me?

My DH doesn’t ride the big rides, but he wants to see the stuff in the lines and I don’t really want to wait in line alone.

You used to be able to peace out at the end, but this was before Genie+. Can you still do this?

In a regular line yes, I would assume not for a genie plus/lightening lane unless he also has one.

My DD (5) thought she wanted to ride Tower of Terror but freaked after the preshow. She kept saying I think we are okay as long as we don’t get in an elevator. ISo she bailed, but poor child the only way out was in a (normal) elevator - luckily it looks totally different than the ride vehicles but it took a lot of convincing to get her on the totally normal elevator.

Yes, my H does the same thing because he can’t do heights. He will need a LL reservation though if you are using G+. Also you tend to miss most of the “good” stuff in line” if you use the Lightning Lane.

At Disney, any child needs to meet the height requirement to get in line.

Anyone entering the LL would need to buy a LL, have DAS, ride switch, etc.
