When I first saw it at Home Goods, I was like, "Wow, that is way too bright, but I love the shape and the wood and the rest of it." And then as I shopped around more I kept thinking of it and was like, "Actually, what's wrong with bright? I really like it, but I don't have any place in my house it could fit." So I left, and went home, but I kept thinking about it that evening, and then I woke up the next morning thinking about it, and then I realized it could fit in a corner in my bedroom if I really wanted it to, and I went back for it and it was still there! I was so worried about losing it at that point that I carried the whole thing to the checkout with me. :-) (Forgive my messy bookshelf, this is good motivation to clean it up)
