I'm really stuck this week. It's our first full week of school/activities and the schedule keeps shifting. I really wanted to spend time meal prepping this weekend but the insanity in my house kind of prevented that.
I made turkey meatballs in between picking up DD2 and picking up DD1. I'll take DD2 to practice shortly so DH will be responsible for either cooking pasta and heating up the meatballs in sauce, or making subs.
I have everything I need to make calzones, so maybe I'll try to do that tomorrow.

This week seems random as I bought groceries but didn’t think of meals. I also have a full freezer that I need to use and empty out because the kids have gotten into smoothies and we don’t have room for the frozen fruit.
teriyaki meatballs with grilled pineapple and rice and green beans
Pork tenderloin in the freezer to thaw and make with some roasted bacon and garlic Brussels sprouts.
Lemon pepper garlic Shrimp and pasta
Frozen chicken kabobs to thaw out and grill - one kid won’t eat this so maybe Mac and cheese as a side.
Pizza rolls and brats to make this weekend for lunches
mae0111 , what about salsa chicken in the crockpot or Italian roast beef sandwiches (beef roasts, Italian season package sprinkled all over and let it cook all day in the crock pot).
I have so much in our freezer that I bought for DD to eat over the summer that she couldn't end up eating (corn dogs, nuggets, taquitos, etc). Is it mean to make DH eat these items for dinner? Like on Wednesday when he will grumble about gluten free spaghetti. My freezer is bursting. He could care less what dinner is as long as he doesn't have to cook it, clean up after it, or dish it up.
186momx - I might try to do that one night?? I make the skinnytaste chicken taco chili recipe a lot in my instant pot, but I feel like it’s not cold enough for chili yet.
I might just make DH grill as well. Wednesday is the other messy night, so my hope is to make enough of Tuesday’s dinner to have leftovers on Wednesday. Or maybe a rotisserie chicken one night?? I’m just trying to stay away from takeout.
My gut has been an absolute mess with everything going on in life right now, so the other issue I’m having is that absolutely nothing sounds good…
Sunday-arroz con Pollo. Monday- parmesan crusted pork chops with broccoli and cheese Tuesday- spaghetti Wednesday- leftovers Thursday- out Friday- depends on if dd comes home.
