I've come into 2 shakers of pumpkin spice (which is not available where I live).
How do I use it? I enjoy a PSL as much as the next basic bitch, but I don't imagine you just fill a coffee with spices, and am totally stumped on how to use it.
If you make drip coffee, you can sprinkle some seasoning into the coffee grounds before it brews, and it will flavor the coffee that brews into the pot. Use a light touch when you sprinkle it in. I like to do this with cinnamon from time to time.

I am obsessed with all things Pumpkin and Pumpkin Spice. Here are some things that I do with it. And yes, these are all things that we've done (my daughter is as obsessed as I am) in like the last 2 weeks.
Add the spice to coffee grounds when brewing and also make a pumpkin cold cream Sprinkle on top of baked sweet potatoes Pumpkin Spice Overnight oats Pumpkin Spice Muffins Pumpkin Bread Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls Pumpkin Spice and pumpkin cream cheese (just buy cream cheese and mix in pumpkin and seasonings)
I'm sure there is more, but that is all I can think of off of the top of my head.
Just a regular spice mix where they've slapped the words "pumpkin" on it? (ie.something like cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, allspice)?
Use it whenever you'd use cinnamon. maybe cut back on the other spices in your recipe for balance. I use some combo of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, all spice, cardamon, mace in a lot of what I cook, so I'd just sub that and supplement as needed.
Snickerdoodles pies (apple, pumpkin) quick breads Chili in your ras el hanout my kids like it with warm milk I have some chicken and ground beef dishes I'd use it in. Cut apples: My kid likes to sprinkle cinnamon onto fresh cut apples

Pumpkin spice is just cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, all spice... and something else that I can't remember all mixed up. So you can use it in anything that requires cinnamon for a slightly different flavor.
add some to your eggs before you beat them when making french toast.
The first part of this had me thinking that some people are really taking pumpkin spice too far. I'm very glad you weren't actually suggesting a pumpkin spice scramble.
For a healthier version of PSL/ pumpkin cream cold brew type drinks: I use a spoonful of ground pumpkin, cream, pumpkin spice and a bit of brown sugar and froth it up! Pour over any type of coffee. I personally pour it over iced cold brew and it’s good!
Protein balls! Not sure the exact measurements but there are recipes that use oats, nut butters, a little applesauce, and vanilla protein powder. You could add raisens or choc chips. It’s like a dessert!

My favorite way to make sweet potatoes is to peel and dice them, put them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and some salt, and add a lot of pumpkin pie spice. Like a generous amount. Oven roast them until they’re soft and caramelized. Omg. So so good.
