Has anyone ever done this? There are so many companies that do it and I can’t tell who would do it best. The comfort of the PJ’s is my biggest worry I think.

We've done it with socks, and I didn't love the quality (when the sock stretches, the picture distorts), but they all looked the same when I ordered. Sorry I'm no real help!

My dh got me and dd socks and he also got me PJ bottoms. I agree that the socks do distort some when stretched so I guess it depends on sizing. I didn’t feel like mine distorted on me but they do if you really stretch them. The pj bottoms are silky and the quality of pics on those were really great. I’m just not a huge fan of silky type pjs.
I’m not sure where my dh ordered ours. But I ordered some socks for friends last year and they were similar. I used this shop on Etsy. Tons of good reviews. www.etsy.com/shop/PetPartyCo

We also got the socks. We got them for DD, that type of thing fits her personality well. We have two dogs, so we got a pair of socks with each dog and when she wears them, she wears one of each sock "to be fair." LOL. She really is our march to the beat of your own drum kid.
I just ordered t shirts for all of us with our dog’s face embroidered on them (I do matching Christmas Eve pjs with custom shirts each year because of course I do). I used this company: justlyne.com/ I like the quality and they had a good system for me approving the design etc

I got some from personalfury back in 2022 that went well. It was for Christmas and I don't remember any issues with shipping and the shirts have held up as well as I'd expect for the price.
I did not like PupSocks. The socks were weird material.
I bought this shirt from PersonalFury Christmas '22 for David and he STILL wears it. It washes well and is still in good shape. Can only speak on the shirts, though.
I did it with fleecy blankets and socks. I don't like the texture of the socks (too slippery and tight or something) so they are basically just decorations now lol. The blankets turned out nicely. I used Pupsocks and the customer service was actually really good! They got overwhelmed with orders I think, and my order was listed as shipped but I didn't receive it. So they sent it out again. Well apparently the first order was just majorly delayed and maybe a month later I got a second shipment. They let me keep the second order no charge.

I just bought hoodies from Just Lyne for my kids for Christmas with our dog on them. They turned out super cute. The hoodies seem like good quality, but not anything special. What I would expect buying a cotton hoodie from a sports store or Target.

This is perfect, I can do this with Old Navy bottoms. I wasn’t a fan of the fabric they need to use to have a clear enough dog face print and it was giving me pause (paws?). But a shirt to match would be great!
