The fear of falling is huge and really holds me back (I have MS and am wobbly) so I understand how hard you have worked to get over that. You deserve to be very proud of yourself.
Idk where you live, but will it get cold/icy in a few months? If so, make a plan now so you can keep this momentum going! I know I definitely need to do that.
I am in NW Indiana, right on Lake Michigan. My plan is to join the Y and start doing a little strength training, and then walking on my elliptical a few days a week. I hate a treadmill, so hopefully the strength training is a good replacement. I have NO muscle tone, so I need to start adding something.
