12 year old girl concert outfit

DD has her first school concert Monday and they just released the dress code. I was hoping they'd just wear their matching shirts and call it a day. Nope. What dresses or skirt outfits are your preteen/early teen girls wearing? It will be cooler/fall weather on Monday. Hoping to buy something she can wear for the winter concert too.

No color requirements. Slacks and ties, skirts/dresses to knees (I'm not going to be strict on that if not to knee).

For this, I would go to Target and look for something in their Art Class brand collection. Seems to work well for tween/early teen.

I would go with a light wight knit dress or something she can layer a cardigan over when re-worn if needed, the stage lights can get pretty warm and I have seen kids puking and passing out at our school concerts.

My DD has a similar ON dress to this, it can be dressed up and paired with boots and tights when the weather is cooler

Our middle school concert dress is all black. My kid likes this:

Thanks all! We went with the ON dress meanie linked. We just rarely dress up for anything, this should work for all 3 concerts this school year.

Yes! We got it for that price so I let her pick some nicer shoes and a cute necklace. Thanks again!
