Roz, the robot, falls on a nest and kills a mama goose and smashes several eggs. She saves one of the eggs, which hatches into a goose that she cares for, becoming his mom.

A goose mom does and the baby goose imprints on the robot. But nothing overly traumatic and it is an amazing movie!

My DH and I went alone because the kids weren’t into it. It’s very good. I recommend.

I loved it. My kids both adored the book series and both really liked the movie too (including the 17 year old - a tough critic!)

we went yesterday and loved it. It was so well done, really sweet, great soundtrack. I only cried once, lol.

Yeah, it’ll have to wait until I’m at home or not at all!

My friend took her daughter and D1 to see it. She said it was good and that her and D1 got choked up at the end. She also said it ended as if a 2nd movie could be possible.

D1 read the book, apparently it’s a series?

My DS's 3rd grade class just finished reading the book. All three third grade classes at the school did. Last I heard the teachers really want to have a field trip to see it in theaters with the kids. I'm not sure if that will happen or not though.
