To me, it's a fabric upper (silk, satin, velvet) and often with an embellishment.

The Manolo Blahnik Hangisi is an iconic style, although the buckle is over the top for me.

That dress is so beautifully delicate, I would not match it up with clunky boots. If grass is an issue, find a nice pair of ballet flats.

This is definitely what I'm going to do. Currently down a rabbit hole of designer flats that I will never be able to afford (thanks, HRH Queen Dick I 🤑) to see if I can find similar things in my price range. This thread was so helpful. Thank you, everyone!
