Uber Reserve

We have work travel coming up and I am coordinating some of the travel arrangements for customers. One group of customers needs a ride to the airport and a car service is going to be $$$$$. They are open to Uber, but I would like to pre-reserve it because it's going to be a Tuesday early morning, 4 people, so I need something specific. 

If you've booked with Uber Reserve before, was it reliable? I'm a little nervous it won't show up.

Only trip this past weekend, the host had set up all the Ubers for our outings in advance and yes they all showed up early or on time. In our case it was a “Black SUV” reservation because we were a large group, so it was like Escalades etc, I don’t know if that changes things.

I have used Uber reserve for our family for early am airport run as well as for my niece. Both showed up on time and were reliable.  (3 am pick ups)
If I recall it costs a little more to reserve but may still be less than a car service.

H uses it a lot for early morning airport runs and they have always been reliable.

Yes - this is going to cost me about $220 + tip vs. $750 + tip for the car service!

My BIL just used it this AM and it arrived right on time.

I use it all the time. I feel like there is an extra fee, but it’s worth the peace of mind.
