We are in the process of refunding some overpayments made to the boosters. We are using emails addresses provided by the parents to the boosters at the start of the seasons because we do not have venmo user names. The venmo statements only give us From: Tim Smith To: Boosters Amount: 50. A mom emailed and said she received an email from venmo about the payment since I used the email provided to us, but it's not the email she has associated with her venmo account. Can she change her current venmo email to match this one so she can access the money and then switch it back? I can't cancel the transaction. We had asked in the previous email to let us know if there was a different email or if we needed to cut a check, but based on her email I don't think she read it.
