How old are the kids and how big are the pizzas? Is any other food going to be served?
Assuming a large pizza, I’d imagine 2 slices per kid (maybe 2.5 if the kids are like 10 or older), so each pizza will maybe feed 4 kids. 3 -3.5 pizzas for the kids.
Are the parents invited as attendees, or are they just staying because their kids are there? At the parties I’ve been to where I was just hanging out while my kid was there, most parents don’t plan to eat, or if they do, it’s maybe 1 slice per person if there’s enough to go around. So maybe 1 -1.5 pizzas for the parents.
4 or 5 pizzas is probably plenty. If younger kids I’d lean toward 4, older kids maybe 5? If it was easy to add on another pizza during the party based on how much was being consumed, I’d go for 4 and order a 5th if needed. If you don’t mind having extra, and it’s not super expensive, then maybe order 5 and figure you’ll have extra.
I’ve found the best thing to do is talk to the people at the party place. They generally have a really good idea of how many people generally share a pizza for kids, teens, and adults.
There are way too many variables to suggest anything from here, IMO.

Is this at a party place? If so, my guess is most of the adults won't eat any pizza, even if they are staying (though I think it's nice if you have enough to offer it to them if you don't mind taking home extra pizza), and most of the kids will be more interested in the activities to really eat a lot. That has just been my experience, but better to have extra food than not enough, 5 should be more than enough.
5 pizzas and you’ll probably have a whole pizza leftover. But better too much than too little! I’ve started sticking to all cheese because it’s easier, but I love a good veggie pizza.
It sounds fine. But I really don’t think anyone will eat the veggie pizza unless the grown-ups do. I’d probably just get another plain cheese, or a sausage (popular here but I have learned this is somewhat regional).

Yeah I agree. I would not do veggie. Sure some may eat it but I don’t think it’s worth it. We’ve learned from many parties that cheese is more of a hit. So I’d do another cheese and skip veggie.
I agree with other post that if it’s a party place, I’d say adults probably won’t eat the pizza. But it is nice to have the option to have a slice if they’re hungry. I agree that your best bet is just to ask the place what they recommend with # of people and pizza.
You can also ask the party place to "double slice" so the slices are smaller. Our last party for DD (7) and it worked perfect and we still had lots of pizza left over. Very few parents ate, and I usually don't either.
I would skip the veggie. And most places can easily add on an extra pizza if you find yourself running low.
Adults rarely ate at our party place parties - honestly, I'd just order two and add something like fruit. Kids always scarfed up the extra fruit tray and ate like a 1/2 slice of pizza.
If you want to be safe, get 1 extra pizza - but I suspect you'll take the whole thing home uneaten.

We're not allowed to bring outside food aside from the cake.

I understand, I thought they might have that option. A lot of the places around here have add ons like fruit and chicken fingers.
Honestly? I’d nix the fries and chicken tenders and maybe add one more pepperoni pizza. I feel like you might end up with kids who prefer chicken tenders fighting over them…

Final food count was 4 pizzas (2 pepperoni, 2 cheese), 3 orders of fries and 2 orders of chips and queso/salsa. We had about half of a pepperoni pizza left, but everything else was gone.
