Sephora Sales

My daughters have a fair amount of Sephora on lists this year. 

What is the best time to buy? The upcoming 11/5 sale (I'm the low tier so only get 10% off) or wait for Black Friday or December? I heard they run 20% off in December? Has that usually been consistent year-to-year?

Depending on what they want, some stuff will sell out during the tiered levels sale, but yes they usually do a 20% off for black friday.
