I don’t necessarily agree with her actions BUT she felt like it made them stop and realize how absurd it was to talk to someone like that.

Once when I was a very young lawyer, a geezer opposing counsel called me “young lady” in an attempt to undermine me in front of our clients. “I replied, “I’m sure this electronic discovery stuff is beyond your understanding, old man.” He was so mad I thought he was going to have a stroke.

I would do what you’re doing… let your H handle him from now on or copy your H on every text so he sees.
