Amusement park ride etiquette

I LOVE photos, sooo much, and I'd get in line and ride again, lol. I wouldn't blame the people in front of me? Would never cross my mind.

So, it stinks when we get blocked by the people in front of us, but it’s a ride to enjoy for fun. Hands up is fun! If we don’t get a good photo, and we want one, we ride the ride again. If we are riding something new, and I really want a photo to remember the experience, I ensure we get front row so that we are not blocked. I would be kind of annoyed at a busy place like Disney where we couldn’t easily ride again, but a photo is not the priority, and we will have plenty of others to remember the experience. I can see why the person was annoyed, but I don’t think you did anything wrong. Disney should have better cameras.
