Has anyone seen this? Second City's website for their main shows says age 13+ and rated R.
DD is 12, so I wasn't sure how inappropriate it would be for her, or since it is Christmas themed if it was less raunchy than their regular shows. I'm not finding much on google except the age 13+ for regular performances.
This would be at a community college theater, so the setting is less bar like if that makes a difference. Probably no alcoholic drinks served, 3 pm showing.
It looks like several websites say ages 17+. One said no one admitted under the age of 11. Seems like maybe I need to keep looking or just DH and I go.

Yeah I have no experience with that show, but last year a show played at the cabaret downtown here called Who's Holiday about a 'grown up Cindy Lou Who' and there were all kinds of warnings that this was an adult only show, and my girlfriends and I went, and it was really raunchy and inappropriate for kids. I don't mind my kids seeing inappropriate stuff, but they would not have enjoyed the show.

I saw a Second City show at their theater in downtown Chicago this summer that was billed as 13+ and DH and I were glad we left the kids at the hotel. We enjoyed the show, but it got a bit raunchy. I'm sure my kids have heard worse, but I don't really want to sit with them for it.
