I bought tickets for a concert at a small venue last spring. A few days before the shown I got an email that it was postponed (not cancelled). The vendor's (AXS) policy is to refund ONLY if a show is canceled. There is no chat or AI chat option. I've been stalking the group to see if they are coming back- website now says no shows left on their calendar.
So now I finally logged in to my Chase account with the intent of disputing the charge and I am out of the 60 day window. The show was actually 60 days after I bought the tickets already.
Anyone have any suggestions on getting the money refunded? I'm more disappointed for my friends being out the cash than I am.

I would still dispute it. The worse they can do is deny it. I would have screen shots of all the evidence and explain what happened. We had a cc dispute with Amex for a contractor we used and they were very accommodating and helpful even though some of the stuff was outside of their usual dispute timeframe. We ended up getting all of our money back (5 figures).

I'll give it a shot once I figure out how to actually do it- I think I'm going to have to call Chase. I can't do it from the website any more since it's been >60 days and their chat option just links to FAQ. Ugh.
I would start with the venue. They have your money and did not provide the service/product. They are the ones that owe you the refund.
If not, it’s fraud. So, they probably have some policy or something written down to cover themselves from being unlawful or whatever. It’s probably a hassle but it’s not impossible.
I would call the venue and start off by asking when is the concert rescheduled for. Then if/when they said it isn’t, ask for the refund as per their policy as it had been de facto canceled.

Ditto - I had a show postponed for Canadian wild fires and it wasn't rescheduled until a year+ later.
