I have a thanksgiving breakfast that I'll be going to that I was hoping someone had some tested recipe ideas for. Have to leave at 9am, not sure how much I trust the oven I'll be using. It can do basic jobs but I wouldn't trust it to make bread.
Ok douche, go ahead and call it mud. My husband DID have halitosis. We addressed it after I talked to you girls on here and guess what? Years later, no problem. Mofongo, you're a cunt. Eat shit. ~anonnamus

What about Scotch Eggs? I honestly don't know how to make them or how intense of process it is, but I use to go to a Christmas Day brunch and the host was a trained chef and always made these and they were always the biggest hit out of everything.
Yeah this menu needs eggs. Egg casserole would be my top choice, but a quiche that only needs to be warmed lightly might be a better bet if you aren’t sure about the oven.
Are you traveling for this or is it local? If it’s local, you can bake or heat something in your own oven and then take it in an insulated carrier. We use the kind that fits a Pyrex 9x13 and it keeps stuff hot for an hour plus drive to DH’s hometown.
If you want an egg option for a breakfast menu, I’d suggest hard boiled eggs or deviled eggs. People love both & it’s easy to travel (especially just hard boiled, shells off)
Costco has ready to eat quiches that are really good. I think it’s a 2 pack, one broccoli cheese and one ham and cheese. We eat them cold for brunch or dinner.
Also at Costco (I swear I do not work for Costco), they have 36 packs of already boiled and peeled hard boiled eggs. You could make deviled eggs super-easily using those.
