Does anyone have experience with a Joybird Briar sleeper sofa? I'm debating purchasing one. They seem pricey compared to Ikea and Scandinavian Designs. That being said, I'm willing to spend more money for comfort. Right now, H and I usually give our room to guests and we sleep on a blow up mattress in our loft. I would like a sleeper sofa that is comfortable enough for guests, including our parents who are all in their late 70's/early 80s.
I have a room & board Berin sleeper that I highly recommend. It uses the “American Leather” pullout bed technology, which is super comfortable. It pulls out totally flat with no annoying bars in your back as you sleep.
Joybird is eco friendly which might explain the price.
My H and I looked into Joybird for a couch but ultimately went with AllForm which is also eco friendly. FWIW, it is SO comfortable. H and I both love it.
