I was just wondering about this last night, and I was going to ask today. Huzzah! Glad you finally got things settled and the car you wanted. (Though you're way more generous than I am - I still think the whole thing was a shady-as-eff scam, heh.)
I was steeled for it all to fall through again so it was a relief to drive it off the lot last night.
DH spent most of the night getting "set up" in the car--putting maps back in (he's old school), getting the garage door opener, registering the Fast Pass again, etc. LOL.
Aww, so cute. Who will be the primary driver? Are you still taking public transit to work or are you going to drive now?
We are still holding strong with one car that is in good shape and one that is at the end of its lifespan. I never plan to drive to work so I just can't justify buying a new car, even though my H is dying to get something new. I let him use the good car even though technically it is "mine", since all I do is drive to the grocery store and back while he commutes about an hour each way in the car. Your stories from this experience just remind me how much I hate car shopping and I dread doing it again even though it is inevitable.
