What's in store this weekend?

Tonight - I have to work a bit late since I am working in the ER and have to wait for my replacement to get here from her daytime job. Probably, meet up with L and the kids for dinner if I get out of here in time.

Tomorrow - We have the kids soccer game in the morning. We'll go to lunch after and then L has a hair appt. I am not sure if the kids are going to childcare during that time or I'll take them with me to do whatever I am going to do. No plans in the evening.

Sunday - we are taking the kids to see a morning showing of Hotel Transylvania. While we are at the outlets, we'll pick up a few things we need. My dad is stopping by en route from his drive from Maine to Georgia, so I am sure it will involve dinner with him and then him grumbling how we need to be home to put the kids to bed by 8.

Somewhere in there, we need to go to the grocery store and Costco.

We dont have anything planned this weekend aside from Saturday morning dance class for the girls. I might take Sprout to see Nemo during that time. I've also got to put in some hours at the office and if the weather is good (not hopeful), I'd like to pick apples.

Oh, and girl's night out tonight!

Tonight: Hopefully just dinner and a movie on the couch with E. I got a last minute invite to one of those home parties for cooking stuff at the neighbor's and E could go and play with their daughter while we're there but I'm not sure I'm up for it. My sleep has been crap for a few weeks and I just want to chill. And of course when I go to one of those parties I always feel guilted to buy something.

Tomorrow: No major plans other than running an errand or two with E. Putting a pot roast in the crockpot. A will come over later in the afternoon to spend time with us.

Sunday: It's our first children's theatre play of the season, The Cat in the Hat. A is going with us. Afterwards I'm thinking we may hang around downtown since we're at the tail end of our sunny weather.

We have no firm plans, but we'll hang out with my parents and get in a walk or two. There is a trail down by the river that I love walking on, so we'll probably go back to that one. I need to do a grocery run and drop off some donations. If the weather is nice I might try to fit in some last hammock time before I store it in the garage for the season.

The girls lawyer came by this morning, said she has no doubt we will be adopting the girls, love that woman! We had OT, then came home and hung out for a bit before picking Iz up from school. We will pick A up later, have leftovers for dinner, then drop A off at her Dads house for the weekend.

No plans for tomorrow but I want to make a bed for Owl's baby so I might go to HD to pick up some wood.

We are thinking about going to a rodeo on Sunday.

A lot of hw and some self care. I am exhausted and we are both full of this nasty plague cold that I either picked up from the hospital and brought home or her snotty teenagers sent home to us on a test. Either way rest, relaxation, and ACADEMICS!!!
